AWANA Introduction
Awana stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.
Awana is an international organization that offers resources to help the total ministry of the local church with community outreach, discipleship and leader development. It encourages both non-churched and congregational children and adults to grow in their relationship with Christ through Bible stories and heavy emphasis on Scripture memorization. The club appeals to children of all ages because of its exciting games, awards system and special events. Awana is reaching 1,300,000 children around the world with 10,000 “Awana” Churches in the U.S. and another 3,000 in other countries.
Why Awana?
• Children hear Bible stories, learn and memorize Bible verses, earn AWANA points which allow them to buy gifts in AWANA store
• Children will play exciting games.
• Children earn jewels, emblems and badges for their achievement.

Cubbies: Pre K and under (3-4 yr old)
Sparks: K - 2nd grade
Truth n Training (TnT): 3rd grade - 5th grade
AWANA calendar and schedule:
AWANA season: September 22, 2023, Friday - May 31, 2024, Friday
AWANA schedule: Every Friday, 8:00pm - 9:30pm
Registration Window: From now to September 1, Friday, 2023 (early bird). Registration ends on Sept. 15 Friday, 2023.
7:30 - 7:50 PM Check in (Clubbers, Youth leaders and Parent helpers)
8:00PM Large Group Worship, Singing, Preaching and Story Time
8:30PM Game Time (T&T), Handbook Time (Sparks)
9:00PM Game Time (Sparks), Handbook Time (T&T)
9:30PM Snack time and Dismissal
