AWANA CLUBS

CUBBIES: Pre-K
Cubbies is the Awana club for preschoolers. Cubbies is unique because it supports and maintains parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing by directly involving them in the teaching and learning process. Cubbies uses the fundamental Awana elements of games and activities, Bible memorization, handbooks and awards.

SPARKS: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
The aim of the curriculum is to take youngsters a step deeper into God’s Word. Sparks club meetings combine learning with fun to create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement. Along the way, Sparky, the friendly firefly, encourages boys and girls to learn verses and complete assignments through the handbook.

Truth & Training (T&T): 3rd – 5th Grade
The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of AWANA to teach boys and girls the truth of God’s Words and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Weekly club meetings will expose your children to the gospel message, scripture memory, Bible study, awards, team-oriented games and gut-busting fun.

CLUB MEETINGS
Fun & Exciting Games, unique to the Awana Ministry, that allows many kids to participate no matter their skill level. No sitting on the side-lines for 15-minutes at a stretch, and no partiality. Everyone gets a lot of “floor time”.
Small Group Time with a caring adult leader. No getting lost in the crowd here. Your child receives individualized attention as he or she works through an introductory booklet and a handbook.

Interactive Large Group Time, between an adult leader and all the kids in your child’s Awana club. Boring? Hardly. Awana teachers go the extra mile to help your kids understand the Bible and how it applies to their lives in an exciting and challenging way.

RESOURCES
HANBOOKS: During the first club meeting, your child will receive an entrance booklet (for new clubbers only) to be completed during the first 2 or 3 weeks of club, before he or she can receive his/her handbook to be used for the remainder of club. Just like you help them with their school work – helping your kids with their handbook assignments is a great tool to help them grow and mature in their spiritual walk.

UNIFORMS: Sparks and Cubbies uniforms are vests which they place their awards/patches onto. T&T clubbers uniforms are T-shirts.

FALL REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is $20 per child or $40 per family.  Child’s uniform and handbook are included for entire club year.

Sign-in and Pick-up Procedure
Children need to be in the Beall Cafeteria before 8:00 pm. They will be ready to be picked-up after club is over at 9:30 pm.
